Built On Integrity

& Steady Care,

Helping You Move Forward

With Strength & Purpose.

Services

  • I provide one-on-one counseling for individuals who are ready to take ownership of their growth and do the steady work of change. I specialize in OCD, first responders, addictions, personality disorders, anger management, and individuals living in small-town communities.

For those navigating OCD, we work to reduce shame, build tolerance for discomfort, and develop practical tools so fear no longer runs the show. I offer first responders a confidential space to strengthen resilience, regulate stress, and protect both career and home life.

In addiction recovery, I focus on accountability, underlying patterns, and sustainable change. I also support individuals experiencing relational instability or anger concerns, helping build emotional regulation, healthier communication, and stronger identity development.

My style is warm but direct—compassionate, accountable, and focused on helping you create lasting change.

  • I provide supervision for provisionally licensed counselors who want more than hours signed off, they want to grow into steady, ethical, confident clinicians.

My style blends supportive mentorship with clear accountability, creating space to process cases and reflect on your development while challenging you to think critically, document thoroughly, and practice with integrity.

Supervision is grounded in state standards and the ACA Code of Ethics, practical skill development, and steady, direct feedback. With experience in crisis response, corrections, addictions, and first responder mental health, I help supervisees navigate complex systems and build real clinical confidence.

I take your growth seriously and will support you while holding you to a high standard — because our clients deserve competent, ethical care.

  • As a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Trainer, I provide practical, field-informed instruction for law enforcement, corrections, medical personnel, and community partners responding to mental health crises.

My trainings are grounded, direct, and built for real-time

application under pressure. With experience in crisis response, jail-based behavioral health, and multi-agency collaboration, I focus on de-escalation, suicide intervention, substance use, officer wellness, and cross-system coordination. I also assist with critical incident debriefings following high-stress events.

My goal is simple: increase confidence, improve safety, and strengthen the connection between behavioral health and public safety.

About Me

I Believe In,

Steady Leadership, Honest Conversations,

& Showing Up When It Matters Most.

Rooted in small-town values of integrity, hard work, and taking care of your people, I bring experience in crisis response, corrections, hospital settings, and community mental health to every space I serve. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado, currently providing behavioral health services in a county jail and substance use treatment in the community. I helped develop a crisis response program that has received both local and national recognition, reflecting my commitment to building strong systems through strong relationships.

As a PhD candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision, I am passionate about strengthening the bridge between mental health, public safety, and public policy. Grounded in solution-focused and narrative approaches, my goal is simple: to provide steady care, clear direction, and practical tools that create lasting change.
